Enjoy your festive period BUT continue the feel good feeling beyond meal times and try to achieve some balance!

Balancing the intake outside of the kitchen
- Exercise – keep steps up, get outside running or walking, gym sessions (the gym will be quieter!). If the gym is closed, why not try at home exercises using body weight?
- Helps with digestion
- Great activity in the Christmas period to clear the mind, escape the chaos or get active with the family
- Healthy balance
- Small indulgences over a few days, or save indulgences for a few key days
- Still get to enjoy the festive favourites, as you should, but limits the impact, and don’t fall into the 2 months of Christmas food advertising
